As the Founder and Chairman of MATS, Biswa Jaya Pudasaini leads the company with a strong vision for the future. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, as well as being a Registered Auditor, he brings a strategic approach to business development. While he has no direct background in the travel or tourism industry, his passion for travel and exploration drives him to create exceptional travel experiences through MA&TS. His leadership ensures that the company maintains high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Bhagawati Sharma – Co-Founder

As a Co-Founder, Bhagawati Sharma plays an integral role in shaping the company’s operations and financial management. With a strong background in accounting, she ensures that the company’s finances are efficiently managed and that all business operations run smoothly. In addition to her expertise in finance, she has a deep love for travel, which inspires her to contribute to MA&TS’s mission of making travel more accessible, comfortable, and enriching.
